Terms & Conditions - RBX Earny

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the RBX Earny app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Robrush Games (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service with optional premium subscriptions.

By downloading or using the Application from Google Play, the Apple App Store, or any other authorized distribution platform, you agree to the terms below. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for some services at any time and for any reason. If charges apply, they will be clearly communicated inside the Application.

Data Storage and Security

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can expose it to malware, weaken built-in security protections, and cause the Application to stop working correctly.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. Common providers used by the Application include:

Apple App Store End-User License Agreement

If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and form your End-User License Agreement (EULA):

1. Acknowledgement

This EULA is concluded between you and Robrush Games only, and not with Apple. Robrush Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and its content.

2. Scope of License

The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Maintenance and Support

Robrush Games is solely responsible for maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation to provide such services.

4. Warranty

Robrush Games is solely responsible for any product warranties. If the Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the Application.

5. Product Claims

Robrush Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims that relate to the Application, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.

Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Plans

The Application may offer premium subscription plans that unlock enhanced features and benefits. Subscription options and pricing are shown clearly within the Application and may vary by region.

Auto-Renewal and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal cost is charged through your Apple or Google Play account, depending on platform
Subscriptions can be managed through your account settings after purchase

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
iOS Users: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > RBX Earny > Cancel Subscription
Android Users: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > RBX Earny > Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods unless required by law

Free Trial Periods

Free trial periods, if offered, are disclosed clearly before purchase
If you cancel during a free trial period, cancellation takes effect immediately
Unused portions of free trials are forfeited once a paid subscription begins

Reward Redemption and Processing

Processing Timeline

Most reward redemptions are processed instantly once the request is accepted
In rare cases, especially for larger payouts or requests that need extra review, processing may take up to 72 hours
Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed in every case

Processing Limitations

RBX Earny reserves the right to decline, delay, or refuse redemption requests
We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for processing decisions
Redemption approval remains at our sole discretion

Extended Processing

If your reward redemption takes longer than 72 hours:

Account Requirements

Valid redemption details must be provided for the selected payout option
Your account must be in good standing with no policy violations
Minimum redemption thresholds may apply

Fraud Prevention

All redemption requests are subject to fraud prevention screening
Suspicious activity may result in extended processing or declined requests
Multiple accounts or attempts to bypass system rules may result in permanent suspension

Internet Connection and Network Charges

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity because Wi-Fi or mobile data is unavailable.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms still apply, including possible data and roaming charges.

Service Availability and Updates

The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for how you use the Application. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged, updated, and functional.

The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You should review this page regularly for changes. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page unless stated otherwise.
