Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the RBX Earny mobile application, Elevator Drop 3D where linked to these terms, our websites, support channels, and related services operated by Robrush Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). RBX Earny is an ad-supported rewards app with optional premium subscriptions.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application from Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another authorized distribution platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Application except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so. All rights not expressly granted remain with Robrush Games LLC or the relevant rights owner.

Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, all activity on your account, and the security of your device and login methods. Do not use the Application if doing so would violate laws or third-party platform rules that apply to you.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking, rooting, tampering with, or modifying your device or the Application, because this may weaken security protections and may cause the Application to stop working correctly.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and availability limits. Depending on your platform, country, app version, and selected features, these may include:

• Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, Google App Set ID, Google Install Referrer, Google Sign-In, and Google Identity services
• Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, Remote Config, Installations, Messaging, App Check, and In-App Messaging
• Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, Google/YouTube APIs, and MaxMind GeoLite2
• AppLovin, AppLovin MAX, Google/AdMob, DT/Fyber/FairBid, InMobi, Liftoff/Vungle, Mintegral, Pangle/ByteDance/TikTok Business, and Unity Ads
• PubScale, TheoremReach, Adjoe/Playtime, Torox, MyChips, CPX Research, AyeT Studios, BitLabs, Lootably, Notik, AppsPrize, and other offerwall or survey partners
• Airbridge, RevenueCat, Quago where included in the app build, TikTok, Roblox APIs, YouTube APIs, AWS SES, Sendy, support mailbox providers, Discord, ReLoGrade, and moderation or support assistance tools

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, offers, surveys, app stores, ad networks, payment processors, reward providers, or platform rules. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.

Roblox and Third-Party Platform Rewards

RBX Earny is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks are the property of their respective owner.

Some rewards may require information for a third-party platform account, such as a username or public profile information, so that we can verify or fulfill the reward. You are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with the third-party platform's rules. We never ask for your Roblox password, cookies, two-step verification codes, backup codes, or other account credentials.

Reward availability, timing, and fulfillment may depend on provider review, platform rules, inventory, and fraud checks.

Rewards, Coins, Offers, and Redemptions

The Application may let you earn in-app coins or rewards through ads, offers, surveys, games, referrals, subscriptions, promotions, or other activities. Coins and in-app balances are limited app features, have no cash value, are not property, do not earn interest, and are not transferable except as expressly allowed inside the Application.

• Reward availability, payout options, conversion rates, package sizes, VIP benefits, and processing times may vary by country, platform, provider, inventory, fraud review, and app version.
• Rewards are not guaranteed until accepted, verified, and fulfilled. We may decline, delay, reverse, adjust, or cancel rewards where required for provider review, fraud prevention, chargebacks, platform restrictions, inventory limits, legal compliance, or system error correction.
• You must provide accurate redemption details for the selected payout option. We are not responsible for failed or delayed fulfillment caused by incorrect, unavailable, restricted, or incomplete information you provide.
• Some rewards may require manual review and may take longer than the estimate shown in the Application. Contact support if a redemption remains unresolved after the posted support window.
• Gift cards, cashout options, platform rewards, and other redemption options may be subject to additional third-party terms and availability limits.

Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer premium subscription plans, in-app purchases, and VIP benefits. Pricing, benefits, renewal terms, and availability are shown before purchase and may vary by platform or region.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Purchases and renewals are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, depending on platform.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the app store or payment provider and are not provided for unused portions of subscription periods unless required by law.
• Free trials, if offered, are disclosed before purchase. Unused portions of trials may be forfeited when a paid subscription starts.

Fraud Prevention and Prohibited Conduct

We may monitor, delay, decline, suspend, ban, reverse, or manually review accounts, rewards, referrals, subscriptions, offer completions, and redemptions where we detect or suspect fraud, abuse, violations, security risk, provider reversal, or system error. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating or using duplicate accounts, shared accounts, automated accounts, or account farms
• Using bots, scripts, tampering tools, emulators, modified clients, VPN/proxy abuse, device spoofing, or other methods to bypass system rules
• Submitting fake offer or survey completions, manipulating postbacks, self-referring, joining referral rings, exploiting provider rules, or reversing purchases after receiving benefits
• Providing false account, country, identity, redemption, social, or support information
• Harassing users, abusing community features, submitting illegal or harmful content, or violating third-party platform rules
• Sharing or requesting third-party platform passwords, cookies, two-step verification codes, backup codes, or other account credentials

Community, Social, and User Content

If you use clan, leaderboard, referral, display name, feedback, sponsor video, TikTok, YouTube, social verification, support, or community features, you are responsible for the content and information you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, display, moderate, review, and use that content as needed to operate the Application, provide support, verify rewards, prevent abuse, and enforce these terms.

Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, abusive, harassing, unsafe, or violates third-party platform rules. We may remove content or restrict features at our discretion.

Service Availability, Updates, and Termination

Some functions require an active internet connection and may use mobile data. Your carrier's data, roaming, and network terms still apply. We are not responsible for reduced functionality caused by unavailable networks, device issues, platform outages, provider outages, or force majeure events.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, reward, offer, survey, subscription benefit, payout option, or the Application itself at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these terms, create risk, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

App Store and Platform Terms

If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies unless Apple or we state otherwise in App Store Connect. These Terms explain our service rules, rewards, subscriptions, support, and acceptable use, but they do not replace Apple's standard license terms for App Store downloads.

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, downloads, and platform account features may also be governed by the terms of Apple, Google Play, or any other distribution platform you use.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party provider decisions, offer availability, survey availability, app store decisions, platform rule changes, reward inventory, network problems, or user-provided incorrect redemption details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robrush Games LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, rewards, or account access arising from your use of the Application.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page unless a different date is stated. Your continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the updated terms.
