This page is the account and data deletion resource for RBX Earny: Coins & Rewards, package name com.robrushgames.rbx, operated by Robrush Games LLC.

You can use this page to request deletion of your RBX Earny app account and associated app data, including if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete Your Account in the App

If you can access the app, this is the fastest way to delete your account:

• Open RBX Earny: Coins & Rewards and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Open Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Read the confirmation message, type the required confirmation text, and confirm deletion.

After deletion, the app may apply a waiting period before another account can be created from the same device or account identifiers to prevent fraud and abuse.

Request Deletion from the Web

If you cannot access the app, email us and ask for account deletion:

Use the subject RBX Earny account deletion request and include enough information for us to locate and verify the account, such as:

• The app name: RBX Earny: Coins & Rewards.
• The email address, sign-in provider, or account identifier used in the app.
• Your RBX Earny user ID, username, or display name if available.
• Your country or region and a clear statement that you request account and associated data deletion.

Do not send passwords, Roblox credentials, cookies, two-step verification codes, backup codes, or payment credentials. We may ask for additional information only when needed to verify that you control the account.

Data Deleted or Retained

When an RBX Earny account deletion request is verified, we delete or de-identify app account data we control where deletion is required and technically possible. This may include account profile data, authentication links, app balances, app activity, community data, referral data, and active account records.

Some data may be retained for legitimate reasons, including fraud prevention, security, abuse investigation, legal compliance, accounting, tax, app store or provider disputes, reward fulfillment records, chargebacks, support history, and enforcement of our Terms. Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Third-party app stores, ad networks, offerwall providers, survey providers, payment processors, and reward providers may process data under their own policies. You may need to contact those providers directly for deletion of data they control.
